The INTREPID is a capacious, ergonomic chair designed and tested for Intensive Use applications. (Meets Federal Standard FNEW-83-269E Intensive Use)

Features of the INTREPID:

• Ergonomic adjustments are accomplished while in the seated position.
  • Back Height - the ratcheting back is easily adjusted by lifting it to the desired height. Lifting it to its highest point will return the back to the lowest position. A built in lumbar support is included.
  • Seat Depth - adjusted by lifting the front bar that controls the sliding seat mechanism.
  • Seat Height - adjusted with the right front lever that controls the pneumatic lift.
  • Seat and Back Angles - controlled by the right rear lever that allows the seat and back to "free float" independently or to be locked in any position.
• Heavy-duty, Intensive Use aluminum base - 28" diameter
• Heavy-duty, Class 4 cylinder
• Fully upholstered seats and backs eliminate scuffs on walls and scratches on chairs that commonly occur with plastic chair backs.
